[XO Game]

The game is nothing. It’s seems it’s made by default clicking RNG method and what’s even the point of making another XO game when we got other ones. Your last game got removed because it’s a clone version of Tetris and making the game that looks the same is not allowed. I want to know who on earth would 5 rate this and this is not interesting. I tried my best not to complain about the submission that failed but since I keep seeing garbage games getting passed, I can’t help it and now wanted to criticize this game. And my conclusion, the game is too simple and absurdly nuisance.

This is the same game engine i played before. how come every scratch 3 always pass judgement while construct 3 always go to the obituaries?

Soviet? I don't quite get what you mean by that. I'm not even Russian. But I DO know that sometimes it can be difficult, It's usually not THAT hard. If you're having trouble, you probably need to time it a little more.
